


Release & Restore wellbeing afternoon Cornwall
Join Eloise (founder of FAWE movement) and Charlotte for a transformative mini-retreat afternoon where you will release stress, tension, emotions and anything that’s weighing you down or holding you back. Restoring your energy, vitality and sparkle and returning home to yourself.
We start the afternoon with a unique and empowering movement class from Eloise at FAWE movement (find out more here). Inspired by the elements (earth, wind, fire and air) and the practises of yoga, pilates, dance and Qi gong. A magical combination of somatic movement, breath and sound to help you let go of blockages and come back to your power, your energy and your centre.
Then it’s time to slow things down as we move into restorative yoga (think bolsters and blankets and cosiness) to allow your body to soften and unwind, releasing tension and melting into relaxation.
Moving into deep states of rest and relaxation with a yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) practise in a nourishing shavassana including somatic touch/ assists offered by Eloise and Charlotte to support your relaxation.
We will end the day with time and space for sharing, reflection and journaling to integrate the afternoon, whilst enjoying herbal tea and delicious healthy treats!
The ultimate afternoon of giving yourself space and time to return to your true self through a balance of rest and play, movement and stillness, yin and yang. Nourishing your mind, body and soul ✨

Dress comfortably in clothes you can move in, with warmer layers for relaxation. Bring along a notepad/journal if you would like to and some water.
